Weather can be quite unpredictable here in there Denver Area! In the event that the Denver  forecast predicts rain, snow, winds exceeding 25mph, or temperatures dropping below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you can cancel your rental by 5:00pm the day before with no cost or obligation.
