Can I set up in parks?

The regulations concerning inflatables vary depending on the city and park system. While some municipalities and park authorities permit the use of inflatables, provided that certain guidelines are adhered to, such as renting pavilions, obtaining special permits, or setting up in designated areas, others enforce strict prohibitions and may issue penalties for non-compliance. Additionally, policies regarding inflatables may change periodically, prompting us to stay updated on any revisions.

Presently, several cities, including Denver, Lakewood, Loveland, Northglenn, Westminster, and Wheat Ridge, DO NOT allow inflatables in their parks.

We maintain comprehensive records of the parks we've already visited. Feel free to reach out to us for specific park information. If we don't have the answers readily available, we're more than willing to conduct research on your behalf and provide you with the relevant details. Additionally, we've supplied an extensive list of agencies along with their respective contact numbers, enabling you to conduct your research or book reservations independently.

For each park system, there are important questions you should ask to prevent getting yourself into trouble:

  • Do you allow inflatables in the park I want?

  • Is it first come, first serve, or do I need to make a reservation?

  • Do you require a special permit to have a jumping castle there?

  • Does my park have electricity strong enough to power a jumping castle?

  • Is the electricity located within 100 feet of my party location?

  • Do I need to fill out forms to reserve my park?

  • Do I need to put down a deposit?

  • How far in advance do I need to submit my application?

  • How much does it cost to have my party at the park?

We are committed to ensuring that we meet all the requirements set by the authorities. Simply inform us about the parties involved, and we'll handle our responsibilities seamlessly, working diligently behind the scenes.
