Service Description

This is a fixed rate with no additional fees for delivery or cleaning, as long as you're located in a city eligible for complimentary delivery. You can check our delivery area page for a comprehensive list of qualifying cities. The displayed price is the final amount you'll pay, inclusive of taxes. Please be aware that if we can't utilize stakes to properly secure the bounce rental, there will be a supplementary charge of $10 per sandbag required. Furthermore, if there isn't a suitable power source within 100 feet of the setup location, a $60 generator fee will be added. Please reserve a two-hour time slot on your desired day for us to deliver the inflatable bounce houses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 
► General Cancellation: At Better Bounce Rentals, we require a non-refundable $50 deposit to secure your booking. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your event, you will receive a full refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund, unless the cancellation is due to inclement weather such as heavy rain or high winds that prevent safe use of the equipment. The renter may however reschedule up until the morning of the rental. Please ensure all cancellations are communicated through our official channels to be processed effectively. ►Safety Cancellation: If the driver finds unsafe conditions during delivery, unforeseeable by either the renter or the company before delivery, and setup cannot proceed due to these conditions, cancellation without cost may be permitted. It's important to note that forecasted weather conditions do not qualify as unforeseeable conditions in this context. ►Weather Cancellation: In the event of forecasted rain, snow, winds exceeding 25 mph, or temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, renters may cancel by 5:00pm the day prior to the rental. Cancellations made after 5:00pm the day prior to the rental, up to and including cancellations on the delivery date, will not be permitted a refund but may reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. No partial or full refunds will be issued for adverse weather conditions occurring after equipment delivery.
