Thank you for choosing Better Bounce Rentals for your event, where safety is our top priority! Our dedicated staff and drivers are committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for you and your guests. Prior to our arrival, please review the following checklist for important information:

Before we arrive, please ensure:

• Adequate clearance for equipment delivery.

• Notify us of any narrow gates, doorways, or potential obstacles such as large trees.

• The setup area is easily accessible without hills, stairs, or major obstacles.

• Choose a location free from overhead electrical or telephone lines.

• Ensure the setup area is clear of trees that could damage or stain the inflatable.

• Maintain a 5-foot clearance around and above the inflatable perimeter.

• If you've already booked your event, please inform us of any obstacles. We'll assess the situation and determine if the setup area is suitable (additional fees may apply for challenging setups). Be prepared to choose an alternative setup area if obstacles are too difficult to overcome.

 

FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF SETUP AREA OBSTACLES OR ISSUES PRIOR TO DELIVERY MAY RESULT IN AN INABILITY TO SETUP. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THIS CASE.

Please ensure that there are no underground irrigation pipes or other utilities installed by the property owner. If uncertain, please contact all local utility companies to have underground utility lines, cables, and wires properly marked to prevent accidental contact. You can use the following site for assistance:                               Remember, our stakes are 18 to 24 inches long.
